The 'Backup Wizard' allows you to create and download an entire compressed backup of your site. The backup can optionally include any MySQL databases on your account and can, if necessary, be directly FTP'd to another server. |

The 'File Manager' is where you can manage the files that have been uploaded to your webspace. You can move, delete and upload new files as well as rename files and extract compressed archives. |

'FTP Accounts' is where you can setup extra users to have FTP access to your website. It is possible for each user to have their own directory on your account and to be set a maximum amount of disk space their files can occupy. |

'Disk Space Usage' tells you how much space you are occupying with your files and also how much space each individual FTP user is using. |

'Email Accounts' is where you can setup e-mail addresses, ie, user@yourdomain.com. Each e-mail user can be assigned a set amount of disk space that their e-mails are permitted to take up. The number of e-mail addresses you can set up is only limited by the anount of space on your account. |

'Webmail' directs you to a new page where you or your users can login with their e-mail address and password and view their e-mail via a webpage. |

All of our hosting plans come with ASSP as standard. ASSP or 'Anti-Spam-SMTP-Proxy' prevents a large amount of spam ever reaching your inbox. E-mails sent from known 'spammers' and spamming domains are automatically blocked so that you never see them. The 'Spam and Antivirus protection' tools allows you to view any mail that has been blocked. |

'Forwarders', as the name suggests, allows you to setup a forward so that all of the e-mail for an address on your account is automatically forwarded to a different address. The alternate address can either be one on the same account or a completely different domain. |

As more and more people visit your website you will start to use more Bandwidth'. Each hosting package comes with a finite amount of bandwidth and you will be warned once you reach 90% of your alloted quota. |

'Webalizer' displays the statistics of visitors to your website in the past day, month and year. All of the information is displayed on a web page and shows who are the top visitors to your website and which country they visit from. |

Your site 'Error Log' will let you know if any errors have occurred on your website. This could be as the result of a user searching for a page that no longer exists or your website trying to show an image that you haven't yet uploaded. A very useful tool for troubleshooting your website. |

Each hosting account comes with a number of 'MySQL' databases. The MySQL tool and MySQL Database wizard allow you to setup and maintain databases. The wizard is by far the easiest way to setup a database and associated user. |

In order to view and amend records in your databases you will need a tool such as 'phpMyAdmin'. This will also allow you to download backups of your databases and also to optimise them and troubleshoot any errors. |

'Installatron' is the premium autoinstallation software for free PHP scripts. Within a few clicks it will allow you to setup a fully functioning forum, blog or photo gallery for use on your website. The software is updately regularly with both updates to current scripts and also new scripts. |

Each hosting account comes with a number of 'Sub-domains'. These work in exactly the same way as your main website but allow you to host different websites on the same domain name. Each website would appear as site1.domain.com, site2.domain.com etc... |
