LWT own and operate three centres in Greater London each with its own unique functions.
London Wildlife Hospital
The London Wildlife Hospital is one of the largest facilities of its kind in the UK, caring for around 4000 sick, injured or orphaned wild animals each year. Our operational area extends across the Greater London region and into the Home Counties. Animals in need have come from as far away as Devon though! Rehabilitators and veterinarians from all around the world frequently seek our Advice. This facility is located at Beddington Park, Wallington
London Wildcare Ecology Centre
This facility exists primarily to serve schools requiring field trips, mostly at KS 1&2 levels, where subjects such as habitats and lifecycles are brought to life through scavenger and mini-beast hunts, pond dipping, show-and-tell, soil examination and classroom activities. This facility is located at Wandsworth Common
London Wildcare Field Centre
This centre encompasses sections of both the hospital in Wallington and the ecology centre in Wandsworth in that it aims to provide both teaching services and a limited amount of rescue services for wild birds in the West London area. This facility is located at Walpole Park, Ealing
